Yes. You own a share of the vehicle, recognised as your property under civil law. Not a rental, not a lease-to-own, not an abstract investment: it is real ownership, truly yours, and protected from seizure by another co-owner, by THE MOTOR HOUSE or by any third party.
Membership covers the mandatory KYC verification and access to the platform.
All your vehicle's official documents, the booking calendar, ownership certificates, maintenance and roadworthiness test reminders, messaging with the other owners, and your vehicle's sale sheet.
Through the calendar, in monthly blocks (~30 days / 1,000 km), renewable. With several co-owners, renewing a consecutive block requires the others' agreement. Fair rotation, 48-hour notice.
Your vehicle is insured with comprehensive, agreed-value cover, included in the annual charges pro rata to your share. The value is agreed in advance.
At any time, you can transfer your share to another member. If all co-owners decide to exit, the vehicle is sold through market channels: traditional sale, off-market, or dealer trade-in for a replacement. Every transaction is overseen by THE MOTOR HOUSE to protect each party's assets.

Your share is part of your estate and passes to your heirs. We contact the notary handling the succession. The applicable law is that of the deceased's last place of habitual residence, unless the deceased had chosen the law of their nationality.
